Social Impact Leadership Australia (SILA) is a ground-breaking program supporting and developing for-purpose leaders in Australia, and the flagship initiative of the Sidney Myer Fund and The Myer Foundation’s people strategic pillar.
A partnership with the Paul Ramsay Foundation and the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation, delivered by the Centre for Social Impact at UNSW, SILA offers a series of leadership retreats, a tailored sabbatical and support for organisations and step-up leaders.
CSI has announced the inaugural cohort of 24 leaders, chosen through a rigorous application process, from organisations across NSW and the ACT.
The first retreat will take place in September 2021.
Future iterations of SILA will make this unique opportunity available to for-purpose leaders and organisations around the country across the following four years.
